Welcome to Santa Canela! We’re all about bringing a little bit of Mexico to Los Angeles through our delicious pan dulce and pastries. Founded by Chef Ellen Ramos, our bakery is part of Grupo Apapacho, a family of restaurants dedicated to spreading love through food.
